How does one start a thread? No body does it. Most can start a conversation in person but not in a forum? Is it to hard for a person to add more of a thought then “lol”?

eh, i’ve been trying to post here and there to help with traffic but i’m not even posting much in the forums i frequent. even then, if i post something else where, i get replies… here, maybe 3 days later i’ll get an answer i dont need any more. or, the topic is old to me that i dont care much any more.
