Ok, so this is the first time either team, the Dallas Mavericks or the Miami Heat have ever gotten to the NBA Championships! Dallas is flurry of crazed fans. The American Airlines center is selling tickets for no less then $500-$1000 a ticket and is already sold out for Thursday night’s championship kickoff game at 8pm.
But the real pincher is Dirk Nowitski against Shaq. We’ll see who the victor will be.

ya win some, ya lose some. i just can’t believe that dallas lost 4 in a row….and what was that ridiculous call on Stackhouse for a flagrant foul and the suspension for the 5th game….? that was retarded. the refs were making some really bad calls, but our players were also making really stupid mistakes and it cost them the title.

I don’t think it’s much a Dirk/Shaq match up. Shaq stands under the rims. Dirk shoots from everywhere. They’ll bump into each other a couple of times but not enough to have the series be driven off that situtation. I’d like to see Dallas win. A friend of mine is a big Dirk fan even though I think he looks like a Encino man. Plus, I think Shaq is a 7 foot tall window licker. You get a better response from bouncing a basketball than talking to Shaq.
