I love my job.
I’m house sitting for my boss today. She’s in court, and is having a sofa delivered, so I get to sit here at her house and wait for Rooms to Go to bring the sofa. they gave an estimated time of between 9am and 1pm. So, i get to play on the computer and watch tv while i wait for them, all while getting paid to do so..
my job rocks.
I did the same at my job but it was my delivery. I had a 1pm tp 5pm window. They showed up at 7pm. Seems like I didn’t have to leave early anyways. I drank acouple of beers hoping to just be home and watch TV. The guy being late didn’t make it as fun. I wasn’t drunk as hoped.
