I’ve seen this somewhere else and all I think about when I see it is that poor horse. Some cop probably had his horse tied to a post outside of a strip mall Duncan Doughnuts and he walks out to this. I hope he has trouble sleeping at night for the rest of his life.
Why would cops have a problem sleeping at night for that? They intentionally screw over real live people on a daily basis. A horse couldn’t possibly bother them.
