This works especially well it's replied back to the original email sent and CC'ed to everyone. Bonus points for sending it to work addresses. Well, no bonus points, work addresses are mandatory. That'll get some responses. But, given the retardism that is the email spam friend, it'll take, at minimum, three separated coincidences for her to get the point.
