Cruise
So, for Christmas and honeymoon, we took a five day Cruise. It left outta Galveston, TX and went to Progreso, Mexico and Cozumel, Mexico. It was the best vacation of my life. I won $100 in the casino the first night, doubled my money the second night and spent about $400 on gifts and booze the entire trip. All the food you can eat for free!!! 5 course meals every night in the formal dining room. We snorkeled in Cozumel and were swormed by fish. Drank XX while lounging on the beach, had authentic mexican food. It was by far the best vacation ever!!!!
Now its back to the grind.

Already have Gears of War, F.E.A.R., Lego Star Wars (which rocks!), World Series of Poker, and Cabelas Bear Hunting…..

I love my job
this didn’t really fit into any other category so it goes under misc.
I love my job.
I’m house sitting for my boss today. She’s in court, and is having a sofa delivered, so I get to sit here at her house and wait for Rooms to Go to bring the sofa. they gave an estimated time of between 9am and 1pm. So, i get to play on the computer and watch tv while i wait for them, all while getting paid to do so..
my job rocks.
Gas mileage
So we just got back from our road trip to NoVA a couple weeks ago. I love the Cobalt! We filled up four times at $20-$25 each fill-up, each way. I have the digital info center on my dash, and the highest mpg I got was 38! incredible. highway miles are the best.

Atari
so, even now, atari still sux. yeah its cool and all because it is still one of the first gaming systems out there, but i went and bought a $30 atari system from walmart, which had 40 games programmed into the system, and after about a month of having it, the graphics, color and sound is already screwed up. its still playable, but everything is distorted. so, even in this day and age, they still aren’t able to fix the minor details that are still messing up. its kinda annoying.
NBA Championship 2006
Ok, so this is the first time either team, the Dallas Mavericks or the Miami Heat have ever gotten to the NBA Championships! Dallas is flurry of crazed fans. The American Airlines center is selling tickets for no less then $500-$1000 a ticket and is already sold out for Thursday night’s championship kickoff game at 8pm.
But the real pincher is Dirk Nowitski against Shaq. We’ll see who the victor will be.
New Car!!
I finally traded the Honda in for a 2006 Kia Spectra EX….i know it seems like I downgraded….but hey a 7 year old car with 115,000 mi. on it or a 2006 with 44 miles on it?…plus its a five speed vs. auto in the honda….much better!!!
Stay Alive (2006)
ok…i have never really enjoyed scary movies in the first place…mostly other people get enjoyment out of watching me get scared and jump and yell during the movie; however this one, based on a video game that turns into real life murders….dun dun dun….it had some jumpy scenes, but again, a horror/thriller movie turns into the sappy love thing at the end. But the alienware technology used for all the “gamer’s” in the movie rocked.
