Call of Duty 4 (PS3)

I got this game for Christmas and finished last night. My only regret is that the game ended.

Good Story, kick ass graphics, just loved playing it. The story was actually great, great in as you can actually see this happening. Not like Metal Gear Solid where it starts bordering on the paranormal.

Thought I would share for anyone in the market looking for good first shooter games.

Quick run down.

You are primarily playing the game from two points of view. A SGT in the marines and a new recruit for British SAS. The stories are relevant to one another; both taking place at the same time in different places. You do get to do a couple of new things; such as being the gunner for a C130 supporting the SAS extract out of hostile territory.

Need for Speed Pro Street

This definitely classifies as one of the better Need for Speeds…..its been a long time since the last time I spent the better part of a Saturday night sitting up in the dark playing video games.

Wii

Anyone else got a Wii?

I love mine. I’ve heard arguments about it not being on par with next gen consoles because it doesn’t have the same graphics and it doesn’t have online play, blah blah blah. Whatever, it’s FUN. At the end of the day, good graphics has NOTHING on game play! I’d rather play Bomberman on my Turbo Graphix 16 than some shitty game on a PS3 just cus it looks amazing.

That brings me to virtual console, I play these games as often as I play the Wii games. I can download games from NES, N64, TG16 and Sega Genessis. So fun!!

I haven’t been this excited about a game console since my NES!

Need for Speed Most Wanted

so we’ve had our 360 since xmas, and john has been playing need for speed pretty much every night, and he just now realized that he could go online and get the cheat codes to uncover hidden prizes, etc…..i picked a smart one, huh??? j/k

Young Makes the Madden 08 Cover

Vince Young, 2006 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, the first QB to play in the Pro Bowl in his rookie season since Dan Marino and now the 2nd Titan to make the cover of Madden, Eddie George in 2001. I think a picture of Pacman Jones “making it rain” on some bitches would had sold a couple more copies. Google News that story if you don’t know it.

They don’t seem much of a threat and seemed to weaken a little near the end of last season even though they ended in 15th in the ESPN Power ratings during Week 18. The Titans are tied for 2nd to last in the odds for making the Super Bowl next season at 100/1 (with the 49′ers). The Jets are last with 125/1. My Rams are 50/1. Skins are 20/1, WTF?! XBox 360

I got an XBox 360 for Christmas!!!!

Already have Gears of War, F.E.A.R., Lego Star Wars (which rocks!), World Series of Poker, and Cabelas Bear Hunting…..

I can already tell my life is about to change…..

Atari

so, even now, atari still sux. yeah its cool and all because it is still one of the first gaming systems out there, but i went and bought a $30 atari system from walmart, which had 40 games programmed into the system, and after about a month of having it, the graphics, color and sound is already screwed up. its still playable, but everything is distorted. so, even in this day and age, they still aren’t able to fix the minor details that are still messing up. its kinda annoying.

What do you think

I am thinking about buying the XBOX 360. Well I am trying to talk myself out of it maybe. I want both can’t have both. Xbox 360 I can get RIGHT now. Ps3 I have to wait. I KNOW Xbox 360 is AWESOME Damien has one …I am GRAW addicted as well. WHat should I do?
